Andrew Milbourn

Since graduating in 1982 from the University of Hull Andrew has worked across the media industry and consulted internationally for the car industry, packaging and fmcg.

The various projects he has worked on include - price increase strategies for a multi-national canning company across the pacific rim (including China), re-engineering various media companies and business development for Seat cars, Future, emap, Channel 4 and Granada TV (ITV).

Andrew has an unrivalled track record in the management of teams. Most of his work is now focused on change management projects and re-engineering motivation and performance. He is an inspirational speaker who brings natural enthusiasm and fun to the groups he works with. He is very much a “sleeves rolled up”, “lets get involved” leader who will show you and your business the way to increased success through people.
